Refund & Cancellation Policy


Thank you for registering for the Digital-DNA-Workshop. Please read the refund and cancellation policy carefully before completing your registration.

1. Refund Policy

All registrations for the Digital-DNA-Workshop are strictly non-refundable.

Once the registration fee is paid, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend.

2. Event Cancellation or Postponement

In the unlikely event that the Digital-DNA-Workshop is cancelled or postponed by the organizers, registered participants will be given the option to attend the workshop on a rescheduled date.

No monetary refunds will be issued in case of cancellation or postponement.

3. No-Show Policy

If a registered participant does not attend the workshop on the scheduled date (no-show), the registration fee will not be refunded.

However, the participant will be given the option to attend the next available Digital-DNA-Workshop, subject to availability.

This rescheduling option is allowed only once. Participants will not be permitted to postpone or carry forward their registration more than one time.

4. Transfer of Registration

Registrations are non-transferable.

Tickets cannot be transferred, shared, or reassigned to another individual.

5. Acceptance of Policy

By registering for the Digital-DNA-Workshop, you acknowledge and agree to this refund and cancellation policy in full.

We use multiple secure third-party payment gateways, including Razorpay and other providers, for processing payments.
