Registration for the Digital DNA Workshop must be completed exclusively through the official website, 123selva.com. The workshop landing page provides complete details regarding the agenda, topics covered, date, time, and other relevant information.
To register, participants must click on the “Register Now” button and complete the online registration form by providing accurate and complete personal and contact details. Submission of the registration form alone does not guarantee participation.
Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment of the workshop fee. Once payment is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address with further instructions and workshop-related details.
Workshop seats are limited, and registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The organiser reserves the right to close registrations once the maximum number of participants is reached. Participants are responsible for ensuring that the contact information provided during registration is correct. The organiser is not responsible for communication issues arising from incorrect or incomplete details.

We are unable to provide a refund for the workshop fee if you are unable to attend or choose not to attend the workshop, unless the workshop is cancelled. Should we reschedule the workshop, a refund request can only be considered if and when the workshop is cancelled by us.

Our liability with respect to any cancellation, postponement, or change of venue shall be restricted to the amount paid by you for the Workshop, and we shall not be held accountable for any incidental damages under any circumstances. It is important to note that no individual is acting as your solicitor or providing legal advice while conducting this workshop. We are solely providing training and guidance.
If any actions you take during the Workshop are deemed by us to potentially cause harm or inconvenience to any individual, you will be asked to leave the Workshop. In such cases, we will not be responsible for refunding your Registration Fee or any other payments made. It is mandatory for you to follow the health and safety policy of the venue at all times. Any requests made by us or the venue regarding health and safety must be followed, and failure to do so will result in your removal from the workshop without a refund.
Bringing any equipment or items that are hazardous to the Workshop is strictly prohibited.
You are prohibited from causing any damage to any part of the venue, including outdoor areas, walls, flooring, fixtures, and fittings. Any damage caused by you, your employees, contractors, sub-contractors, family members, friends, or agents to any area of the venue will be your sole responsibility, and you will be required to fully compensate us for any such damage.
You are solely responsible for ensuring the safekeeping of your personal belongings at all times. We will not be held liable for any damage, loss, or theft of your belongings or any other items brought to the Workshop by you.
By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and consent to the inclusion of your personal information in any promotional materials related to the Workshop or the Company(123Coimbatore/123Tws) and/or any materials used during the Workshop. Please note that we are not responsible for any errors or omissions in such information.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the copyright for any promotional materials and materials used during the Workshop, including course notes, slides, brochures, articles, and case studies, belongs to us. These materials may not be reproduced in any form without our prior written consent.
You are permitted to use these materials solely for your own business purposes and are prohibited from reproducing, publishing, or otherwise utilising them for any commercial purposes.
We reserve the right to make changes to the published program, including the listed speaker or materials, as we deem necessary.
We may desire to capture photographic or video footage of the Workshop, and we retain the right to do so for the purpose of promoting future workshops or for other reasons. By attending the Workshop, you provide your consent for us (or any other individual present at the Workshop) to photograph or film you and any other individuals in attendance with you. You cannot capture any photographic or video footage of the Workshop; if you do, then you have to face consequences by paying a fine, or as we tell you to do.
It is your responsibility to arrange and cover the expenses for your own travel and accommodation to and from the Workshop. In the event of tardiness or inability to attend the Workshop due to travel delays or any other circumstances, we are not obligated to offer a refund or delay the commencement of the Workshop until your arrival.
